Well Spring is around the corner...Remember what they say about March...
In like a Lion and out like a Lamb!
After this very long Chicago winter who wouldn't be ready ...And snow we have had our share, yeah, it keeps on coming, but keep those visions of spring flowers. They will be rearing their heads soon enough! Well soon anyway. So March is here..lets get going.
Well, it's the Spring Real Estate market here in Chicago and yes, there is a lot of inventory and negative press ...
DON'T BE FOOLED ... All THE GOOD STUFF, THE PROPERTY THAT IS PRICED RIGHT AND SHOWS BEAUTIFULLY IS SELLING and THE RATE ARE REALLY GREAT!
So get out there, and find your dream home. What better time than now-
March 8th-Spring Forward! It's Daylight Savings!
Before you go to sleep move your clock forward 1 hour. Yes, we lose an hour of sleep but it will be worth it. Cannot get enough of daylight!
And I always recommend this as a great time to check your smoke and fire detectors...Replace those old batteries now!
