We’ve both bought a house and sold a house with Renee.  Long after the deals were done, Renee was and still and is there to answer questions competently, and help us in any way she can.  There are a lot of technical fine points to buying and selling a house.  Renee diligently handled them all, always looking out for our best interest.

I can easily say that Renee is the best agent I’ve ever worked with.  She is extremely honest. She is always there when we need her (long after the buy and long after the sell).  She clearly does her homework when determining price points, and she knows the market.  In fact, I’ve been a news reporter in Chicago for 15 years and am always amazed at Renee’s grasp of how this city works.

She set up open houses, brought agents through our property, and assisted us with low-ball offers that could have resulted in a quick sell.  That said, our house was on the market just over a month this spring before it sold.  I was quite satisfied with the price.

I would use Renee again and again.  I can’t think of anyone as diligent or hardworking, analytical, yet pleasant to be around.  She’s a good strategizer, which is needed when you sit down to figure out a business proposition like selling a house.
